Currently we accept payment for email Orders via Direct Deposit into our bank account & all types of cheques. Any further inquiries should be emailed to sales@cpgoz.com.au.

Alternatively we can accept personal, business & bank cheques or money orders as payment. Simply order items via email, let us know the cheque has been sent, and attach a small note including your details and the items ordered. We will post the items as soon as payment is received.

Dispatching your order
Provided your items are in-stock and payment has been received we will dispatch your order from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. If an item is out of stock we will back order it for you.
Tracking your order
You can monitor your order's progress once we have dispatched it from our warehouse. We'll email you a PDF summary of your order containing your consignment tracking number and the courier details.
To track your order simply visit the Australian Air Express or Startrack website, you will need your consignment Tracking Number.

Receiving your order
All orders must be signed for, so please ensure there is someone available at the delivery address. If there is no one there the courier will leave a note and will either attempt to deliver it again or will leave the package at your local Australia Post office for collection.
